Who to contact

Essex Home Bathrooms, part of Essex Home Contracts Ltd, uses information you provide to handle your bathroom enquiry. Contact info@essexhomebathrooms.com or 01268 264024 with privacy questions.

Information you provide

Our enquiry form collects your name, telephone number, postcode, required service and project description. Email, budget and timing are optional. If you send photographs by email or WhatsApp, we receive those images and the details in your message. Avoid sending sensitive personal or medical information.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, assess the requested work, arrange surveys and prepare quotations. This processing relates to steps you ask us to take before a contract and our legitimate interest in managing genuine enquiries. If work proceeds, information is also used to administer that contract and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Service providers

The website is hosted using Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. The enquiry form uses Wix to process and store submissions and support notifications. Email and WhatsApp messages use the providers for those services and their own privacy terms. Service providers may process data outside the UK under their applicable data protection arrangements.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as needed for its purpose and applicable obligations. Ask us about the records held for your enquiry or request deletion where appropriate. You may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to processing and to obtain portable data, depending on the circumstances. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Website storage

See our cookies and browser storage notice for the technical storage used by the enquiry form. This website does not add marketing subscriptions when you submit an enquiry.
